frank glanz born in 1949 in salzburg, where he attended school and completed an apprenticeship. he lived in the federal republic, switzerland, and the united states.

his worldview was strongly influenced by anthroposophy in basel. later, he moved to new york, traveled across the united states, and then returned to salzburg. he studied interior architecture, obtained the corresponding diploma, and also earned the title of master cutler.

after his studies in interior architecture and extensive experience in handling shapes and colors, he turned to painting. for the past ten years, he has been active in this field.

after some minor successes and several group exhibitions, he presented his work in solo exhibitions in salzburg, vienna, munich, zurich, kitzbühel, reims, and rome.

in 1977, he was awarded the “per l’arte e il lavoro” – “for art and work” national prize in salerno.
